FOOD ORDER

MySmart Sathi & Investment Co. Pvt. Ltd is a private company established in order to provide the various digital services existed in the modern society. It was established in 2079 B.S(2023 A.D).  From the day of it's establishment , It has been providing services digitally whether the services are big or small. The company has been providing services in different ways but the most important service that our company has been providing is MySmart Sathi Multi-service app. It is one of the major project that our company had envisioned and is operating it for past months.

   As we know , it is a multi-service app (meaning a single app providing multiple services), It is user friendly since it gives the user everything they want under a single app. Hotels Booking, Vehicles Booking, Food Order, Smart Delivery,  Smart Services, Smart Shop, Nepali Markets, Ride Sharing, Any Search are some of the services that our master app has been providing since the day of its establishment. Among them, I'd like to describe about a particular yet major service: FOOD ORDER.

      In today's fast-paced world, the convenience of food ordering has become a staple in our lives. Whether you're a busy professional, a student with a tight schedule, or simply craving a delicious meal without the hassle of cooking, food ordering services have revolutionized the way we dine. It has been a common practice among the people form urban areas.  The tradition of ordering food digitally has been popularized day by day and is still growing as the internet services has reached the remote areas as well. To order your favorite cuisine which may be national or international has become a boon to the people  as they get to enjoy the things that they would not  be able to see in their lifetime.

Advancing in technologies have lead us to the present world where in 3 presses you could get your favorite cuisine at your doorstep . The evolution of food ordering are achieved through the following:

2. Delivery Services: The food delivery services has transformed the restaurant industry. With the help of delivery drivers and couriers, customers can enjoy                      restaurant-quality meals in the comfort of their own homes.

3.  Online Ordering Platforms: The rise of the internet gave birth to online ordering platforms, allowing customers to browse menus, place orders, and pay online.           Popular apps and websites like Uber Eats, Pathao Food , Foodmandu, Zomato have made it easier to access a wide range of restaurants .

Among the three, Our company has been granting all of the three features.  The benefits for the food order are as under:

    MySmart Sathi Multi-service app also provides the above mentioned benefits through the app as well as provides delivery service. It is the only app in Nepal to provide these as well as other various services digitally. We have two types of users in our application. They are:

1. Vendor(Seller): They are the individuals who provide products or services to other people.
2. User\Customer(Buyer): They are th individuals who purchase the services or products from the vendors.

The users are free top be registered where as there are some charges to be paid to be a vendor. There are two ways to be a vendor. They are :

1. On subscription basis: The vendor must pay some charges according to our subscription package and get services as enlisted for a year(365 days). The vendor directly gets the order from the user as their contact information with their location is published on our application.
2. On Commission basis:  The vendor must provide 20% commission for what they sold to our company. The orders are first informed to us and we contact the following vendors to prepare orders.

     The vendors may question for what benefits do they get by enlisting with us when there are lots of competitor on market with high publicity. So here are the benefits our vendors are assisted with:

1. They can operate online business alongside their physical store which results in physical customers and online customers.
2. We publish their contact information alongside their real time location and the foods and beverages they provide.
3. They themselves can publish their services with the rate they want.
4. We provide the system through which they can change their information such as duration, Location, contact details , products and price if necessary.
5. We also provide delivery services but we charge the customers .
6. The shop is advertised as we gain all types of customers as we are a multi-service app.
